THROUGH WATCHING TOGETHER THE FILM "TRINIL" GEN Z LEGISLATIVE CANDIDATE NADJA AZZURA TOHIR INVITES THE YOUNG GENERATION TO LOVE INDONESIAN FILM

Bogor - 21 January 2024 - The Indonesian film industry has continued to grow rapidly in recent years.  This is proven by the large number of films released every year, as well as the increasing number of Indonesian films penetrating the international market.  In supporting the development of the Indonesian film industry, Nadja Azzura Tohir, Legislative Candidate (Caleg) for the National Mandate Party (PAN) DPRD for the South Bogor Electoral District, invites the younger generation to watch Indonesian films together.

 This group viewing was attended by 150 young people from various regions in South Bogor.  They seemed enthusiastic about following the film Trinil: Return My Body, an Indonesian horror film that tells the story of love, family, and also the mystery of the exorcism of the Rahayu spirit.

 Nadja said that this nobar event was held in order to support the development of the Indonesian film industry.  According to him, "By watching Indonesian films, we can show that we are proud of Indonesian culture, and support the growth of the national creative industry."

 This activity was also attended directly by the actor Rahayu Muda or Shalom Razade who is also a friend of Nadja Azzura Tohir.  He said *"thank you for your support for Indonesian films, I am sure that if my friend, Nadja is elected as a representative of the people of South Bogor, the creative industry will be even more advanced"*

 Faraby, a young man from South Bogor, said, "This film is really cool apart from having jump scare horror, but it also really feels sad because it tells a family story.  "The film Trinil: Return My Body is one of the Indonesian horror films that must be watched."  he said

 The Indonesian film screening event held by Nadja Azzura Tohir is proof that Indonesian youth, especially generation Z, are increasingly aware of the importance of supporting the Indonesian film industry.  With support from various parties, it is hoped that the Indonesian film industry can continue to develop rapidly and become a host in its own country.
